Gas commissioning technician — Wilson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Wilson County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
