Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Dorchester County, Maryland. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
