Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
