Fire and safety officer — Fulton County

Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Fulton County, Kentucky. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Part-time with flexible hours. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
