GMAW welder wanted in Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Clark County, Illinois. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
