Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
