Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
