We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Borough of Swindon, England. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
