Sand plant operator wanted in Rutland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Rutland County, Vermont. The job is on the moulding line. On the job you will handle: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Six days a week, one day off.
