Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Tift County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
