Formwork carpenter • Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. The job is on a residential tower site. On the job you will handle: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦550 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
