Vacancy available: we are hiring a truck driver in James City County, Virginia. You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Your main tasks: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
