Laundry presser wanted in Duplin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a laundry presser in Duplin County, North Carolina. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Your main tasks: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
