Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in DeKalb County, Indiana. The job is on re-roofing and repair jobs. On the job you will handle: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
