Powder spray gun operator • Tehama County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Tehama County, California. The job is on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage 6+ years on the tools preferred.
