Lift erector wanted in Tate County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Tate County, Mississippi. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
