Argon arc welder wanted in Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Calhoun County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Day-to-day duties: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
