Urgent requirement: lift erector (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Wakulla County, Florida. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day to day you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Rotating shifts.
