Health and safety supervisor wanted in Mercer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Mercer County, Illinois. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. The role involves: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
