Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Clay County, Iowa. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
