Immediate opening: MIG welder (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Lincoln County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
