Plasterer's mate wanted in Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Polk County, Iowa. You will work in a refurbishment property. You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Day-to-day duties: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
