Finishing presser wanted in Fauquier County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Fauquier County, Virginia. You will be based in a garment export house. The role involves: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
