You will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
