On a typical shift you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
