House painter — Scotland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a house painter in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will work in a paint and spray workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
