You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
