Immediate opening: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Shelby County, Iowa. You will be based on residential and commercial sites. Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces The role involves: • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
