Concrete labourer — Northwest Hills Planning Region

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
