Urgent requirement: powder coating operator (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Sumner County, Kansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
