Tyre service technician — Fountain County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Fountain County, Indiana. You will work at a busy tyre bay. Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets The role involves: • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine Full-time, day shift.
