Industrial sewing operator — Oyo East

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Oyo East, Oyo State. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
