Lift technician wanted in Colbert County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift technician in Colbert County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Day to day you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
