Cnc production machinist wanted in Cocke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will be based in a tool room. The role involves deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
