Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Schoolcraft County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
