Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Woods County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 3+ years on the tools preferred.
