External wall insulation fitter — San Jacinto County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in San Jacinto County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
