Powder coater wanted in Nasarawa Egon

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
