Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Rotating shifts. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
