Safety officer wanted in Midland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Midland County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
