Sand plant operator wanted in Woodward County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Woodward County, Oklahoma. The job is on the moulding line. On a typical shift you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Part-time with flexible hours.
