You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly 1+ years on the tools preferred.
