Reinforcement fitter wanted in Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Benton County, Minnesota. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates You will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
