Great opportunity: panel welder (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Brazos County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
