Rigging foreman • Wetzel County, West Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Wetzel County, West Virginia. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
