Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Pembina County, North Dakota. The job is at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
