Safety officer wanted in Gallatin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Gallatin County, Illinois. You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day to day you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
