Formwork carpenter wanted in County Durham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in County Durham, England. You will work on a residential tower site. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour.
