Rigging foreman wanted in McIntosh County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in McIntosh County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
