Cnc turning machinist wanted in Island County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Island County, Washington. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
